2027 Preparation Dashboard

Candidates in the 2027 group began their preparationin Fall 2025 and are preparing to be confirmed in January 2027.

Saint & Sponsor Form due march 1:

The next thing your child needs to do is choose their Confirmation Saint and decide who they want their Sponsor to be. These both need to be submitted via the Saint and Sponsor Form by March 1.

Sponsor Eligibility Form - Due May 1:
After your child submits their Saint & Sponsor Form, the sponsor will receive an email asking them to complete the Sponsor Eligibility Form. Eligibility forms will be due for all sponsors by May 1.

Please note: The Sponsor Eligibility Form has replaced our former policy of collecting Sponsors’ Baptism records for Confirmation prep. You do not need to provide us with a copy of your sponsor’s baptism certificate, anymore. Instead, we need the Sponsor to complete the Sponsor Eligibility Form. Instructions are available on the first page of the document linked above.

Candidate Baptism Record - Also Due May 1
Additionally, we need to collect your child’s Baptismal record. The only exception to this is if your child was Baptized (or received First Communion) at St. Pats. Otherwise, we need you to submit a photo or scan of their Baptism certificate here: Submit Candidate Baptism Record.

If you do not have a copy of your child’s Baptism certificate, you’ll need to request a copy from the parish where they were baptized.

May 1: Sponsor Eligibility Form Due.
May 1: Candidate Baptism certificate due

*Please check the Forms and Resources Section (below) for any instructions or forms necessary to complete these requirements. If you missed a due date, please proceed by having your child complete the missed item as soon as possible, and then continue on to the next requirement.
