2027 Preparation Dashboard

Candidates in the 2027 group are beginning their preparation this Fall (2025) and are preparing to be confirmed in January 2027.

We are so excited to welcome all of our new candidates on board this Fall to begin preparing for Confirmation! This dashboard is where you’ll find updates and resources needed during preparation. You will also receive periodic email updates with the same information.

Confirmation Retreat:

Confirmation Retreat on November 8 & 9, 2025

Confirmation Retreat is on November 8-9 at Our Lady of the Fields in Brighton. This retreat is for all new candidates and any continuing candidates who were unable to attend last Fall. Please see the retreat information packet under “Forms and Resources” for Details.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of 11/4/25, retreat attendees will not be able to stay overnight at the retreat center. Participants will need to be picked up Saturday night and brought back to retreat on Sunday morning.

Reminder: Discipleship Reflection Survey #1 due 10/31

This survey was due on October 31. If you missed that deadline, please have your child complete the online survey form as soon as possible. It takes about 10 minutes to do so. The form is available under “Forms and Resources” below.

Requirement due:

We have 2 groups of candidates preparing for Confirmation at this time— this means it is important that you pay attention to the information for your child’s preparation group. The 2 groups are distinguised as follows:

-2027 Group: This is the preparation group of newly registered candidates who are beginning Confirmation preparation this Fall 2025. Candidates from this group who complete their preparation over the next 15 months will be confirmed in January 2027.

-2026 Group: Candidates who began preparing last school year and are finishing up their preparation before getting confirmed in January 2026.

Parents, please note:

Please also keep in mind that we have a mixture of grade levels in both of these groups, due to the fact that we do not require confirmation prep to be done during a specific grade. This means your child may have peers at school who are in a different stage of preparation if they began a year earlier/later than your child.
