homeschool co-op
The Saint Patrick Homeschool Co-op is a community of Catholic homeschooling families committed to raising up our children secure in their identity as children of a loving God and open to the movement of the Holy Spirit in their lives, with a deep respect for the tradition of the Mother Church. Our two-day program incorporates liturgical living into the academic and elective pursuits of our families. We encourage our families to participate in both days in order to fully engage in the community.

To get the most out of the co-op, we encourage families to engage with the course materials/topics throughout the week. That being said, Thursday classes are designed to supplement, not replace, what families are already learning at home. To that end, we have selected curricula that families could extend through the rest of the week, if desired, but there is no expectation of doing so. With the exception of 5th-8th graders, who will be asked to read for their literature class, students will not have homework. Teachers will propose optional reading/writing assignments that can be completed at the parents’ discretion.
-
One parent will be required to be onsite at least one of the two co-op days. During that time, the parent will be assigned a primary and secondary job
